Shipping and Returns


All orders placed before 4pm for the UK mainland will be dispatched the same working day except for weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 4pm for UK mainland or during weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. 
For UK mainland we also offer a Saturday delivery option, this is available during the checkout process for items to be dispatched on a Friday.

The couriers that uses are Royal Mail, DPD and UPS. All of these require a signature upon delivery thus ensuring that you always count on a fast, efficient and reliable delivery of your goods ordered from us. 

Please note that these deliveries are for UK mainland & remote areas only. This is not guaranteed next working day delivery.

Unfortunately this decision is made by the courier companies and it is beyond our control. In remote areas of the UK delivery may take up to 2-3 working days. 
For Northern Ireland we operate a 2 day delivery service.

We want you to be able to shop with confidence at and we are also aware that sometimes mistakes can happen. In case something goes wrong with your order we will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly and smoothly as it is possible.

Credit or refund for returned goods can only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • have been contacted and agreed to issue credit or refund before goods were sent back.
  • RMA number has been issued by the Returns Department.
  • Products are returned within 14 days from the date of receiving.
  • Original manufacturer’s packaging is in tact.
  • The items are in resellable condition.

If order and invoice numbers (as on the original dispatch note) are not quoted the credit will be based upon the lowest sales price. 
Please note, customers are liable for any return postage and insurance costs. 
This Returns Policy excludes Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), non-catalog products, specially ordered items and specially manufactured products. 
All products are returned to at cost to the Customer and at the Customers risk. accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage. 
It is recommended that an appropriate level of insurance cover must be obtained for the delivery process. 
Products to be returned to should be adequately packed with no postage labels attached to manufactures packaging. 
The package should be adequatley packed and dispatched; freight prepaid and clearly labelled with the RMA label and returns address:

Any returned items received without a valid RMA number will NOT be processed. 
Identification of the correct part required is the sole responsibility of the customer. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this website, takes no responsibility for any errors. 
All products fitted to any Gas Appliance within the United Kingdom should be fitted by a competent person who is a member of an organization that monitors the safe working of Gas Installers e.g. the engineer should be on the Gas Safe Register. You may be asked to provide us with the installer’s Gas Safe number (England & Wales) or the equivalent (Scotland, N Ireland), failure to do this may result in no credit being given.
