Shipping and Dispatch

All orders received before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day except Fridays, weekends and Bank Holidays; these orders will be dispatched the following working day. Standard delivery is usually the next working day. Express delivery is guaranteed next day by the time stated on your selection. (The delivery default is Standard delivery but you are given the opportunity to select other services during the checkout procedure).

All orders received after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following day.

Note: Next Day Delivey is not guaranteed for remote areas of the UK. Delivery to these areas may take up 3-5 working days.

We currently only ship within Mainland UK. Customers from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe & rest of world – please contact us before ordering, as shipping costs may vary.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we are aware that sometimes mistakes are made.

Potential returns should be notified to us by email or by filling in our Express Returns Form before the part(s) is/are returned in order to obtain an authorised RMA number.

Customers may only return products to Heating Spares 247, and receive a credit or refund, under the following conditions:

  1. Prior consent has been received from the Heating Spares 247 Returns Department;
  2. An authorised RMA number has been issued by the Heating Spares 247 Returns Department;
  3. Product is returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the item;
  4. Where specific instructions appear in this web site or with any product regarding its return to Heating Spares 247, the Customer must follow such instructions;

If the Customer does not quote invoice details or the Heating Spares 247 reference number, as on the original despatch note, the credit will be based upon the lowest sales price.

Please note, customers are liable for any return postage and insurance costs.

This Returns Policy excludes Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), non-catalogue products, specially ordered items and specially manufactured products.

Identification of the correct part required is the sole responsibility of the customer. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this website, Heating Spares 247 takes no responsibility for any errors.

All products fitted to any Gas Appliance within the United Kingdom should be fitted by a competent person who is a member of an organisation that monitors the safe working of Gas Installers e.g. the engineer should be on the Gas Safe Register. You maybe asked to provide us with the installer's Gas Safe number (England & Wales) or the equivalent (Scotland, N Ireland), failure to do this may result in no credit being given.

All products are returned to Heating Spares 247 at cost to the Customer and at the Customers risk. Heating Spares 247 accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage. It is recommended that an appropriate level of insurence cover must be obtained for the delivery process.

Products to be returned to Heating Spares 247 should be adequately packed and despatched; freight prepaid and clearly labelled with the RMA number and Returns address:
