All orders received before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day except Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays; these orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Standard delivery is usually next working day. Express delivery is guaranteed next day by the time stated on your selection. (The delivery default is Standard delivery but you are given the opportunity to select other services during the checkout procedure.)

We currently only ship within the Mainland UK, customers from Northern Ireland, Ireland, Europe & rest of world, please contact us before ordering as shipping costs may vary.
The customer may only return products to HeatingSpares247.com, and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:
(i) The Customer may only return product to HeatingSpares247.com for a refund or credit with the prior consent of HeatingSpares247.com.
(ii) Return must be made within 3 working days of the date of delivery.
(iii) Products must be returned to HeatingSpares247.com in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. The Customer must state the relevant HeatingSpares247.com reference number and invoice details on the HeatingSpares247.com Customer Returns Form, on the rear of the despatch note enclosing it with the product (or other proof of purchase).
Where specific instructions appear in this web site or with any product regarding its return to HeatingSpares247.com, the Customer must follow such instructions.
If the Customer does not quote invoice details or the HeatingSpares247.com reference number, as on the original despatch note, the credit will be based upon the lowest sales price.
For products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in accordance with (i) - (iii) above a re-stocking charge of 25% of the invoice value, subject to a £5.00 minimum, will be applied.
Where the Customer returns products to HeatingSpares247.com not in accordance with (i) - (iii) above (for example, after 30-days from the date of despatch and in an unfit state) HeatingSpares247.com will refuse delivery or may apply a re-stocking charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing (subject to a minimum 25% of invoice value and a £5.00 minimum).
This returns policy excludes Printed Circuit Boards, non-catalogue products and specially manufactured products.
All products are returned to HeatingSpares247.com at cost to the Customer and at the Customers risk. HeatingSpares247.com accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to them or any items received by HeatingSpares247.com with them.
Products to be returned to HeatingSpares247.com should be adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to:
